Type of agriculture: natural.

 

Harvest: manual harvest in the first ten days of September.

 

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Spontaneous fermentations from indigenous yeasts. No intervention on the grapes, no addition of sulfur and other chemical additives.

 

Aging: on the noble lees for at least 10 months. It is aged in steel vats, for no less than three months in the bottle.

 

Alcoholic degree: 12-13%

 

Serving temperature: 12-14 ° C

 

Format: 75cl - 150cl
