Vinification: maceration on the skins for 90 days. No addition of chemical additives during fermentation, with manual punching down; various stages of pressing and adding of new raisins alternate until the natural stop of the fermentation processes.

Aging: minimum of three years in steel vats.

Not less than a year in the bottle.

Alcoholic degree: 16%
