Vinification: Nero d'Avola in purity. Maceration with the skins for 5 days, racking, fermentation in steel. Spontaneous fermentations from indigenous yeasts. No intervention on the grapes, no addition of sulfur and other chemical additives. Pressing with the traditional hydraulic press.

Aging: On the fine lees until March, in steel.

Bottled without added sulphites.

Alcoholic degree: 12-13%

Serving temperature: 12-14 ° C
