Vinification: Cabernet Sauvignon in purity from two different vineyards: one on Pleistocene clays which ripens at the beginning of August, and one on calcarenite marl which ripens at the end of September. The first vineyard is vinified with a whole cluster maceration for 10 days. On the second, a short two-day maceration is carried out and fermentation ends without the skins.

Refinement: Assembled in early November, they refine until March on the fine lees.
