Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Spontaneous fermentations from indigenous yeasts. No intervention on the grapes, no addition of sulfur and other chemical additives.

Fining: No wooden barrels of various sizes. “Perpetuum” wine obtained from a wine base renewed from year to year with the addition of new vintages.

Alcoholic degree: 14-15%

Serving temperature: 12-14 ° C
